Job Description / Responsibility
Program implementation, planning, capacity building of community groups, conduct survey, facilitation of community meeting, networking, linkage development and coordination with UP level and different service providers.

Educational Requirements
Minimum BA pass , preferable to practical experienced personnel in development field.
Job Requirements
Baseline survey, end-line survey, participatory need assessment, Training to local committees, selection of households, compiling family development plans, transfer of agricultural productive assets, IGA-related agricultural, organize vaccination camps, preventive care, establish self-help group on village level and advisory committees on union level, establish savings programme and risk fund at group level, Cooperation with local authorities,good facilitating experience in working with community people, understanding of multidimensional activities, skills on community mobilization, effective planning, progress tracking and documentation. Willing to stay in the community/UP level. Experience on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and community led approach. Preferable to drive motorcycle and if have valid driving license.

Ensure quality program implementation in time, staff management/supervision & development; community mobilization, problem solving, exchange/disseminate learning and knowledge with a view to ensure community empowerment; organize community groups and build their capacity; identify technical need of communities and take necessary initiatives for mitigating; Prepare documents and progress report. Networking and coordination with UP level service providers and establish linkage among community and service providers.

At least 5 years working experience in Rehabilitation program/Development progarmmein supervisory position.Staff management and development capacities, Assist to transfer of agricultural productive assets, assists to organize IGA-related agriculture, vocational, nutrition, disaster management, social rights. Proven experience on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial, management, report writing, monitoring & evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali. Computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others. Experience on network/ linkage/collaboration with union/upazila/district and national level network and likeminded organizations. Experience on working with upazila and district level government administration. Willing to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license.

Review and finalize the Financial Reports, Inventory Management, Furniture Fixtures& Equipment management, Review and finalize the program Budget, Budget monitoring and budgetary control. Ensured donor compliance issues to the project, liaison with finance department donor and organizational. Facilitation of Audit (internal, facilitation procurement issue, as applicable. Key person for all types of reporting requirement and meet the deadline. S/he will be based in project office and has to visit field frequently

Proficiency in computer, Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power point) and email communication are essential. Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team, participatory planning, good interpersonal skill, organizing and problem solving abilities and good skill in Office Management. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali. Sound and prompt in different program reporting as well as reconciliation of Financial Report against program achievements.
